Event Highlights: Somatic Movement: Begin the evening by honoring the Flower Moon with a gentle and rejuvenating mind-body flow practice, connecting your body with the natural rhythms of the lunar cycle. Creative Craft: Release any stagnant energy or negative patterns that no longer serve you by taking time to be creative and tap into your artistic talents. At the event you will create and take home two easy pressed flower suncatchers. We will set intentions into the suncatcher for growth and renewal as you welcome the transformative energy of the Flower Moon into your life. Meditation for Reflection: Closing the evening with a guided meditation offering a tranquil space for introspection, allowing you to tune into the energy of the Full Moon and explore the depths of your own inner landscape while inviting more joy and light-heartedness into our lives.
